How it works
$89 for a wall vent up to 6 ft, $128 up to 12 ft, $158 for a 1-story roof. Set when you book.
We check the airflow at the outside vent before we start, so we know where it stands.
Rotary brushes sized to your vent loosen the lint, and a vacuum pulls it out of the whole line, however long it is. Then we clean the lint trap.
If we suspect a blockage, damage or a hidden section, we look inside with a camera and show you.
We reconnect the dryer, run it and check the airflow again, so you can compare it with the start.

We recommend once a year. Homes with big families, frequent laundry, or long vent runs (common in condos and townhomes) may need it more often. In between, clean the lint filter before or after every load.
Most homes take 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. Long runs and roof vents can take longer, but the price stays the same.
